During the winter break, the 2025 Interfraternity Council successfully conducted elections for the incoming 2026 Executive Board. We are pleased to welcome this new cohort of leaders as they prepare to guide the fraternal community in the coming year.
Benjamin White of The Lafayette said it best –
“Following a year marked by turnover and inefficiency, the governing body of Lafayette College fraternities adopted a new constitution to overhaul its leadership structure, reducing its executive board from seven members to three.” You can find his entire article here.
While previous boards typically comprised 6–7 members, the 2025 leadership restructured the 2026 Executive Board to prioritize foundational rebuilding. This strategic pivot ensures the incoming board is optimized for long-term action planning and sustainable growth.
We are excited to see how this year’s leadership impacts future progress and excellence!
