Kirby Phi Conference

As with each winter break, Lafayette College hosted Zeta Psi’s Kirby Phi Conference.

49 chapter presidents and 20 Elder chapter representatives from across the U.S., Canada, and Europe came to campus for four days of leadership development and connection!

This annual conference is named in honor of the Kirby family’s contributions to the on-going success and development of the members of Zeta Psi Fraternity.

Forest Russo, President of the Tau Chapter, participated and Jake Bates, Associate Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life, aided in facilitating the program.

Lafayette College is proud to support Zeta Psi Fraternity and look forward to welcoming them back in the winter of 2027!\
