The College’s alcohol policies do not preclude fraternities and sororities from complying with the risk management guidelines imposed by their national organizations and insurance carriers. The College encourages these organizations to follow all of their risk management policies pertaining to alcohol, drugs, hazing, sexual assault, etc. Learn more about Event Registration Guidelines
After your chapter has reviewed the Event Registration Guidelines you can register your events by downloading the appropriate form. PLEASE NOTE that registration does not equate to approval. Chapters that do not adhere to these guidelines WILL have their event shut down by Public Safety and may be subject to disciplinary action by the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life.
This form shall be used in notifying the FS Advising, Custodial Services and Public Safety of ritual and ceremonial events. Notification of an event does not indicate College approval. The purpose of this notification is to ensure that ritual events are carefully planned, do not conflict with other events, and to remind the fraternal organization of its responsibilities under Ritual and Ceremonies Policy, College Policy, and state law. Learn more about Ritual Registration.
Each new member must complete the following new member form. Chapters may request bid acceptance forms from the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life.
